up layer and down layer
up layer is with 12 longer ostrich wing feathers 19"- 22" (about 49-56 cm)

(each stave with 3 Peacock eye)

down layer is with 12 shorter ostrich feathers 16"-18" (about 40-45 cm)

They are mounted on 12 acrylic staves.
